Let’s get moving and run, walk, jump, and play 30 minutes every day!

On February 17, San Antonio Sports will kick-off the 2010 Valero Go!Kids Challenge™. This program encourages children to exercise 30 minutes at least six days a week and promotes healthy habits.

New this year, track your push-ups and curl-ups, which are part of the state FitnessGRAM physical fitness test. We hope that by practicing them daily, scores will improve. Every day, do as many good push-ups and curl-ups as you can, then mark the boxes in your online journal. Try to do more every week.
